Are you legit?
I get asked this one all the time. The answer is yes, I run an honest and legitimate business. My goal is to provide my customers with great products and great customer service so they will come back for more and tell their friends about my great products and service. You can try my service for as little as you can! 
Can I pay with paypal, credit card, western unions etc etc?
I do not accept any other payment methods besides what is listed in the payment section. Please don’t write to me to ask!
How long does it take to receive my package?
Generally it takes from 1-3 weekdays once payment is received. It can occasionally come sooner or take longer.
Is it really safe to order from you?
Through various high tech security precautions, I have created a system where the risk to you is minimal. In my opinion, mail order is safer than buying from a dealer and driving home with the contraband in your car. Your package will look like an ordinary package so who’s to know what’s in it? Please see the SECURITY PAGE for more information on my security system.
What country do you ship from? Do you ship Internationally?
All orders are shipped from the United States.Yes we now ship to other countries.
What is your return/refund policy?
For obvious reasons I do not accept returns. However, when you see the quality of the product you will not want to return it! If your package does not arrive within 10 days of payment, write to me and I will check the tracking records to see if it was delivered. If the package was not delivered due to my error I will resend or give you a refund. If it just gets “lost in the mail” then I will reship. If the package was delivered, I will give you the delivery confirmation code so you can see for yourself it was delivered, but no refund. It could be it was intercepted by a family member or roommate and I have no control over that. Also if it was not delivered due to a customer giving a faulty address there will be no refund.
How do you ship? Will I have to sign for a package? Do you deliver to PO boxes? Do you provide tracking?
I ship only USPS. You will NEVER have to sign for a package from me. Yes I deliver to PO boxes. I do not generally provide tracking information for security reasons.
Can you make an exception and (fill in the blank)?
No. My policies are very clear on the web site and I don’t make exceptions to them so please don’t ask.
